Generally the following applies: For manufacturing defects, after sales service and repair maintenance are included. We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 5 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition – not worn, opened, used or washed and in the original packaging.
Warranty Period 6 Months
We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. No cash refund on any defective item, we will do exchange item only.
